Pineapple Coconut Protein Sorbet

A tropical and refreshing sorbet that combines the sweet flavors of pineapple and coconut with a boost of protein for a satisfying and healthy dessert.

Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or preferred sweetener of choice
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, protein powder, coconut milk, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
  3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
  5. Select the 'Sorbet' program and start the machine.
  6. Once the cycle is complete, serve the Pineapple Coconut Protein Sorbet and enjoy!
