- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- ½ cup dill pickle juice
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup flour, all-purpose
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground celery seed ground
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Cooking spray
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
- 8 dill pickle chips

Directions
- Set the chicken in a suitable ziplock bag and pound it into ½ thickness with a mallet.
- Slice the chicken into 2 halves.
- Add pickle juice and seal the bag.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes approximately for marination. Whisk both eggs with mills in a shallow bowl.
- Thoroughly mix flour with spices and flour in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken slice in egg, then in the flour mixture.
- Shake off the excess and set the chicken pieces in the crisper plate.
- Spray the pieces with cooking oil.
- Place the chicken pieces in the two crisper plate in a single layer and spray the cooking oil.
- Return the crisper plate to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
- Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 28 minutes
- Select the “MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
- Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
- Flip the chicken pieces once cooked halfway through, and resume cooking.
- Enjoy with pickle chips and a dollop of mayonnaise.
