Ingredients
- 3 tbsp.granulated sugar ·
- 1/4 C. smooth peanut butter 4 large egg yolks ·
- 3 tbsp.grape jelly
- 1/4 C. honey roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 C. whole milk
- 1/3 C.heavy cream
- Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300
Directions
- In a small saucepan, add the sugar and egg yolks and beat until well combined.
- Add the mik, heavy cream, peanut butter, and grape jelly to the saucepan and stir to combine.
- Place saucepan over medium heat and for about 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Remove from the heat and through a fine-mesh strainer, strain the mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi pint contain
- Place the container into an ice bath to cool.
- After cooling, cover the container with the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours,remove the lid from container and arrange into the outer bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
- Install the "Creamerizer Paddle" onto the lid of outer bowl.
- Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
- Press "Power" button to turn on the unit.
- Then press "ICE CREAM" button.12. When the program is completed, with a spoon, create a 11/2-inch wide hole in the center that reaches the bottom of th container.
- Add the peanuts into the hole and press “MIX-IN” button.
- When the program is completed, turn the outer bowl and release it from the machine.
- Transfer the ice cream into serving bowls and serve immediately.
