Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200g large portobello mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 100g whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 10 flour tortillas
- Cooking spray
Directions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes.
- Sauté until mushrooms are browned, about 4-6 minutes, with oregano, pepper flakes, and salt. Cool.
- Combine the cheeses in a mixing bowl | fold the mushrooms until thoroughly combined. On the bottom centre of each tortilla, spread 3 tablespoons of the mushroom mixture. Tightly roll up and secure with toothpicks.
- Press either “Zone 1” or “Zone 2” and then rotate the knob to select “Air Fry”.
- Set the temperature to 200°C, and then set the time for 5 minutes to preheat.
- After preheating, spray the basket with cooling spray and arrange rolls onto basket.
- Slide the basket into the Air Fryer and set the time for 10 minutes.
- After cooking time is completed, transfer them onto serving plates and serve.
