Western

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200g large portobello mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • 100g whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes.
  2. Sauté until mushrooms are browned, about 4-6 minutes, with oregano, pepper flakes, and salt. Cool.
  3. Combine the cheeses in a mixing bowl | fold the mushrooms until thoroughly combined. On the bottom centre of each tortilla, spread 3 tablespoons of the mushroom mixture. Tightly roll up and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Press either “Zone 1” or “Zone 2” and then rotate the knob to select “Air Fry”.
  5. Set the temperature to 200°C, and then set the time for 5 minutes to preheat.
  6. After preheating, spray the basket with cooling spray and arrange rolls onto basket.
  7. Slide the basket into the Air Fryer and set the time for 10 minutes.
  8. After cooking time is completed, transfer them onto serving plates and serve.
