Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 5-6 drops green food coloring
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener with Erythritol
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 3 chocolate sandwich cookies, quartered
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300
Directions
- In a large bowl, add the coconut cream and beat until smooth.
- Add the sweetener, agave nectar, mint extract and food coloring and beat until sweetener is dissolved.
- Add the oat milk and beat until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Cover the container with storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove the lid from container and arrange into the Outer Bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
- Install the Creamerizer Paddle onto the lid of Outer Bowl.
- Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
- Press Power button to turn on the unit.
- Then press Lite Ice Cream button.
- When the program is completed, with a spoon, create a 1'/2-inch wide hole in the center that reaches the bottom of the pint container.
- Add the cookie pieces into the hole and press Mix-In button.
- When the program is completed, turn the Outer Bowl and release it from the machine.
- Transfer the ice cream into serving bowls and serve immediately.
