Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup coconut water or water
- 1 tablespoon of honey or preferred sweetener of choice
- Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300
Directions
- In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, protein powder, coconut water, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
- Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
- Select the 'Sorbet' program and start the machine.
- Once the cycle is complete, serve the Mango Protein Sorbet and enjoy!
