Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 (14-oz) packages extra-firm, water-packed tofu, drained
  • 6 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2/3 cup lime juice
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Pat dry the tofu bars and slice into half-inch cubes.
  2. Toss all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator. Drain off the excess water.
  4. Divide the tofu cubes in the two crisper plates.
  5. Return the crisper plates to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
  6. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 14 minutes.
  7. Select the “MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  8. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
  9. Toss the tofu once cooked halfway through, then resume cooking.
  10. Serve warm.
