- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4 drops purple food coloring
- 1/3 cup chocolate wafer cookies, crushed

Directions
- In a medium saucepan, add heavy cream, lavender and salt and mix well.
- Place the saucepan over low heat and steep, covered for about ten minutes, stirring after every two minutes.
- Remove from the heat and through a fine-mesh strainer, strain the cream mixture into a large bowl.
- Discard the lavender leaves.
- In the bowl of cream mixture, add the milk, condensed milk and purple food coloring and beat until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Cover the container with storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove the lid from container and arrange into the Outer Bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
- Install the Creamerizer Paddle onto the lid of Outer Bowl.
- Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
- Press Power button to turn on the unit.
- Then press Ice Cream button.
- When the program is completed, with a spoon, create a 11/2-inch wide hole in the center that reaches the bottom of the pint container.
- Add the crushed cookies the hole and press Mix-In button.
- When the program is completed, turn the Outer Bowl and release it from the machine.
- Transfer the ice cream into serving bowls and serve immediately.
