Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen kale                             
  • 3 tablespoons dark unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • '⅓ cup granulated sugar                       
  • ¾ cup heavy (whipping) cream
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300

Directions

  1. Combine the frozen kale, cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour the base into a clean CREAMi Pint. Whisk in the heavy cream until combined. Place the storage lid on the container and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Remove the CREAMi Pint from the freezer and take of the lid. Place the pint in the outer bowl of your Ninja CREAMi, install the Creamerizer Paddle in outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly onto the outer bowl. Place the bowl assembly on the motor base, and twist the handle to the right to raise the platform and lock it in place. Select the Ice Cream function.
  4. Once the machine has finished processing, remove the ice cream from the pint. Serve immediately with desired toppings.
