Ingredients

  • 1  teaspoon chopped fresh sage
  • 1  teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1  teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1  teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1  teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (900 g) turkey breast
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Cooking spray
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Spritz the two air fryer drawers with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the herbs, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir to mix well. Set aside.
  3. Combine the Dijon mustard and butter in a separate bowl. Stir to mix well.
  4. Rub the turkey with the herb mixture on a clean work surface, then brush the turkey with Dijon mixture.
  5. Arrange the turkey in the two preheated air fryer drawers. Air fry for 30 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the turkey breast reaches at least 76°C.
  6. Transfer the cooked turkey breast on a large plate and slice to serve.
