Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets (about 6 cups)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • ¼ cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets and 2 tablespoons olive oil| toss to coat.
  2. Put a crisper plate in both drawers, then put the cauliflower in a single layer in each. Insert the drawers into the unit.
  3. Select zone then AIR FRY, then set the temperature to 175°C with a 10-minute timer. To match zone 2 settings to zone 1, choose MATCH. To begin, select START/STOP.
  4. Remove the cauliflower from the drawers after the timer has finished.
  5. In Small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil.
  6. Transfer the cauliflower to a large bowl and drizzle with the herb mixture. Toss to combine.
