Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 55g brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 125g applesauce
  • 61ml milk
  • 68g whole wheat flour
  • 100g quick oats
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add the dry ingredients mixture into the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the silicon muffin moulds.
  5. Insert a crisper plate in the Ninja Foodie air fryer baskets.
  6. Place muffin moulds in both baskets.
  7. Select zone 1 then select “bake” mode and set the temperature to 198°C for 17 minutes. Press “start/stop” to begin.
