- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 55g brown sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 125g applesauce
- 61ml milk
- 68g whole wheat flour
- 100g quick oats
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients mixture into the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the silicon muffin moulds.
- Insert a crisper plate in the Ninja Foodie air fryer baskets.
- Place muffin moulds in both baskets.
- Select zone 1 then select “bake” mode and set the temperature to 198°C for 17 minutes. Press “start/stop” to begin.
