Ingredients

  • Self-raising flour -140g
  • Sultanas - 50g
  • Baking soda -1/2 tsp
  • Oats -l00g
  • Ground cinnamon -1 tsp
  • Caster sugar -100g                                       
  • Butter, unsalted & melted - 85g
  • Lemon zest, grated -1/2                          
  • Golden syrup, melted - 20g
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add self-raising flour and remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Make equal shapes of cookies from the mixture.
  3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the cookies in the Zone 1 drawer and the remaining half of the cookies in the Zone 2 drawer, and then insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select Zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 175℃, and set the time to 15 minutes.
  5. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  7. Remove cookies from the air fryer drawers and place them on a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
