Ingredients

  • 300g mixed ground beef/pork 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1 egg (medium)
  • 20g breadcrumbs
  • 1–2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 onion (minced)
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 6 broccoli florets
  • Potato (medium, cut into 1 cm half-moon slices and brushed with salad oil) and 1 - Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp pan juices from meat
  • Ninja CRISPi - FN101TH

Directions

  1. Mix chopped onion and salad oil in the glass container and select ROAST for 3minutes until soft.
  2. Combine mixed ground meat, salt, egg, breadcrumbs, and milk. Mix well until sticky.
  3. Add softened onions to the meat mixture, divide into two portions, and shape into patties.
  4. Press the center of each patty slightly to prevent puffing during cooking.
  5. Place frozen broccoli and potato slices on the plate around the patties
  6. Preheat the container using Roast function for about 10 minutes.
  7. Place patty into glass container and use Roast function for about 13 minutes until cooked through.
  8. While cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and sake in a small pan over medium heat until combined.
  9. Once patties are done cooking, pour meat juice from cooked meat into the sauce mixture and stir well.
  10. Serve hamburger patties topped with the prepared sauce.
