Ingredients

  • 4 small cod fillets, skinless
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • Spray oil
  • 9 ounces of frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon creme fraiche
  • 12 capers
  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice
  • 4 bread rolls, cut in halve
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. First, coat the cod fillets with flour, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Then coat the fish with breadcrumbs.
  3. Divide the coated codfish in the two crisper plates and spray them with cooking spray.
  4. Return the crisper plate to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
  5. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 17 minutes
  6. Select the "MATCH" button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  7. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
  8. Meanwhile, boil peas in hot water for 5 minutes until soft.
  9. Then drain the peas and transfer them to the blender.
  10. Add capers, lemon juice, and crème fraiche to the blender.
  11. Blend until it makes a smooth mixture.
  12. Spread the peas crème mixture on top of 2 lower halves of the bread roll, and place the fish fillets on it.
  13. Place the remaining bread slices on top.
  14. Serve fresh.
