Ingredients

  • Chicken breast, boneless & halves - 4
  • Maple syrup - 80ml
  • Breadcrumbs - 60g
  • Dijon mustard - 120g
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, pepper, and salt.
  2. In a separate shallow dish, mix Dijon mustard and maple syrup.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the maple syrup mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half chicken breast in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  5. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 180℃, and set the time to 20 minutes.
  6. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  7. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
