Ingredients
- 1/2 C.frozen spinach,thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 C.whole milk
- 1/2 C.granulated sugar
- I tsp.mint extract
- 3-5 drops green food coloring
- 1/3 C.heavy cream
- 1/4 C.chocolate chunks,chopped
- 1/4 C.brownie,cut into 1-inch pieces.

Directions
- In a high-speed blender, add the spinach, milk, sugar, mint extract and food coloring and pulse until mixture
- Transfer the mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Add the heavy cream and stir until well combined.
- Cover the container with the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove the lid from container and arrange into the outer bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
- Install the “Creamerizer Paddle” onto the lid of outer bowl.
- Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
- Press "Power" button to turn on the unit.
- Then press "ICE CREAM" button.
- When the program is completed, with a spoon, ereate a I'-inch wide hole in the center that reachesthebottom container.
- Add the chocolate chunks and brownie pieces into the hole and press “MIX-IN” button.
- When the program is completed, turn the outer bowl and release it from the machine.
- Transfer the ice cream into serving bowls and serve immediately.
