Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken batter mix, Louisiana
  • 9 Chicken wings
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of meat tenderizer, powder
  • oil spray, for greasing
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Pat dry chicken wings and add mustard, paprika, meat tenderizer, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Dredge it in the chicken batter mix.
  3. Oil sprays the chicken wings.
  4. Grease both baskets of the air fryer.
  5. Divide the wings between the two zones of the air fryer.
  6. Set zone 1 to AR FRY mode at 200°C for 20 minutes
  7. Select MATCH for zone 2.
  8. Hit start to begin with the cooking.
  9. Once the cooking cycle complete, serve, and enjoy hot.
