Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 (285g) bag frozen cherries, thawed and undrained
  • 150g fresh blueberries
  • 50g coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 2 tablespoons oat bran 140g cooked quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Directions

  1. Spray an air fryer baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine all filling ingredients in the baking pan and stir well.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine all of the topping ingredients and mix until the oil is distributed evenly and the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Spoon the topping evenly over the filling in the pan.
  5. Insert a crisper plate in a basket, place the pan in the basket, then insert the basket in Zone 1. Select Zone 1. Turn the dial to select BAKE, set the temperature to 180°C, and set the time to 8 minutes. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking. Bake until the crumb topping turns golden brown and crispy.
