Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds russet potato, wedges or cut in half
  • 2 teaspoons mixed herbs
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 2 cups asparagus
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt and black pepper
  • Water as required
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Take a bowl and add asparagus and sweet potato wedges to it.
  2. Season it with salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Add the potato wedges to the zone 1 air fryer basket and asparagus to the zone 2 basket.
  4. Set zone 1 to AIR FRY mode at 200°C for 12 minutes. Set the zone 2 basket to AIR FRY mode at 200°C for 30-35 minutes. Click Sync button.
  5. Meanwhile, take a skillet and add butter and sauté the onion in it for a few minutes.
  6. Then add salt and Dijon mustard and chili flakes, Parmesan cheese, and fresh cream.
  7. Once the veggies are cooked take them out and drizzle the cream mixture on top.
