Ingredients

  • 200g Chicken Tenders
  • 1 tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Tbs Chinese wine
  • 1 tbs Flour
  • Crushed Corn Flakes As needed (to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice (washed)
  • 1.5 cups Water
  • 1 pc Bell pepper
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 10g Butter
  • 1 pc Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 pc Chili Padi
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves
  • 2.5 tbs Salted Egg yolk powder
  • Evaporated milk as needed
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mix marinade into chicken & let it sit for at least 25 mins in the fridge.
  2. Coat chicken with crushed cornflakes pressing firmly into the chicken to make sure it sticks.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer & set to max crisp for 10 minutes.
  4. Set the air fryer to bake at 180°C for 25 mins, placing the rice and peppers in the same basket.

  7. Add evaporated milk in & adjust to desired consistency. Season with salt to taste.
