Ingredients
- 200g Chicken Tenders
- 1 tbs Soy Sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Tbs Chinese wine
- 1 tbs Flour
- Crushed Corn Flakes As needed (to coat chicken)
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice (washed)
- 1.5 cups Water
- 1 pc Bell pepper
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- 10g Butter
- 1 pc Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 pc Chili Padi
- 1 bunch Curry leaves
- 2.5 tbs Salted Egg yolk powder
- Evaporated milk as needed
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Mix marinade into chicken & let it sit for at least 25 mins in the fridge.
- Coat chicken with crushed cornflakes pressing firmly into the chicken to make sure it sticks.
- Place chicken in the air fryer & set to max crisp for 10 minutes.
- Set the air fryer to bake at 180°C for 25 mins, placing the rice and peppers in the same basket.

- Add evaporated milk in & adjust to desired consistency. Season with salt to taste.
