Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300
Directions
- In a blender, combine the cashew milk, vanilla protein powder, cashew butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
- Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
- Select the 'Sorbet' program and start the machine.
- Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
- Serve in bowls and enjoy the Cashew Vanilla Protein Sorbet!
