Ingredients

  • 4 (6-oz) mahi-mahi fillets
  • Salt and black pepper ground to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • 1⁄2 cup butter
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Preheat your Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer to 180°C.
  2. Rub the mahi-mahi fillets with salt and black pepper.
  3. Place two mahi-mahi fillets in each of the crisper plate.
  4. Return the crisper plates to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
  5. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 17 minutes
  6. Select the "MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  7. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
  8. Add butter to a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes until slightly brown.
  9. Remove the butter from the heat.
  10. Drizzle butter over the fish and serve warm.
