Ingredients

  • 455g Brussels sprouts
  • 1 small to medium red onion
  • 227g baby red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Peel and boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes until soft.
  2. Drain and allow them to cool down then dice.
  3. Shred Brussels sprouts and toss them with potatoes and the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Divide this veggies hash mixture in both of the air fryer baskets.
  5. Return the air fryer basket 1 to Zone 1, and basket 2 to Zone 2 of the Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer.
  6. Choose the “Air Fry” mode for Zone 1 with 190°C temperature and 10 minutes of cooking time.
  7. Select the “MATCH COOK” option to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  8. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/PAUSE BUTTON.
  9. Shake the veggies once cooked halfway through.
  10. Serve warm.
