Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey, divided
  • 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Freshly ground white pepper, as required
  • 32 pounds pork ribs
  • NINJA Single Air Fryer

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together 6 tablespoons of honey and the remaining ingredients except pork ribs.
  2. Add the pork ribs and coat with the mixture generously.
  3. Refrigerate to marinate for about 20 minutes.
  4. Grease each basket of "Zone 1" and "Zone 2" of Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer.
  5. Press "Zone 1" and "Zone 2" and then rotate the knob for each zone to select "Air Fry”.
  6. Set the temperature to 180 °C for both zones and then set the time for 5 minutes to preheat.
  7. After preheating, arrange the ribs into the basket of each zone.
  8. Slide each basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 26 minutes.
  9. While cooking, flip the ribs once halfway through.
  10. After cooking time is completed, remove the ribs from Air Fryer and place onto serving plates.
  11. Drizzle with the remaining honey and serve immediately.
