- Eggs, lightly beaten - 2
- Ground beef - 450g
- Parsley, chopped - 12g
- Dried oregano -1/2 tsp
- Garlic cloves, minced - 3
- Onion, minced -1
- Breadcrumbs - 60g
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 45g
- Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- Add ground beef and remaining ingredients into the large bowl and mix until well combined.
- Make equal shapes of balls from the meat mixture.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half meatballs in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Bake, set the temperature to 180℃, and set the time to 30 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Turn the meatballs halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy.
