Cuisine

Western

Ingredients

  • 24 jumbo raw shrimp, deveined with tail on, fresh or thawed from frozen
  • 8 slices bacon, cut into thirds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1-2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  2. If necessary, peel the raw shrimp, leaving the tails on.
  3. Add the shrimp to the oil mixture. Toss to coat well.
  4. Wrap a piece of bacon around the middle of each shrimp and place seam-side down on a small baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking.
  6. Place a crisper plate in each drawer. Put the shrimp in a single layer in each drawer. Insert the drawers into the unit.
  7. Select zone 1, then AIR FRY, then set the temperature to 180°C with a 10-minute timer. To match zone 2 settings to zone 1, choose MATCH. To begin, select START/STOP.
  8. Remove the shrimp from the drawers when the cooking time is over.
