Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 60ml double whipping cream
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper(optional)
  • 180ml frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 60g shredded cheese
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, double cream, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Divide the spinach and bacon among the 6 silicone muffin cups. Place the muffin cups in the zone 1 air fryer drawer.
  3. Divide the egg mixture among the muffin cups. Top with cheese.
  4. Set the temperature to 150°C. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the eggs are set and cooked through.
