- 6 large eggs
- 60ml double whipping cream
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper(optional)
- 180ml frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- 60g shredded cheese

Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, double cream, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Divide the spinach and bacon among the 6 silicone muffin cups. Place the muffin cups in the zone 1 air fryer drawer.
- Divide the egg mixture among the muffin cups. Top with cheese.
- Set the temperature to 150°C. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the eggs are set and cooked through.
