Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C. water
  • 2 tbsp. light corn syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2/3 C. granulated sugar
  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 3 oz, fresh lime juice
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, add water, corn syrup and salt and beat until well combined.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Slowly add the sugar, continuously beating until well combined and bring to a boil.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and set aside to cool completely.
  5. In a high-speed blender, add the sugar mixture, avocado and lime juice and pulse until smooth.
  6. Transfer the mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi pint container.
  7. Cover the container with the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.
  8. After 24 hours, remove the lid from container and arrange into the outer bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
  9. Install the "Creamerizer Paddle" onto the lid of outer bowl.
  10. Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
  11. Press "Power" button to turn on the unit.
  12. Then press "SORBET" button.
  13. When the program is completed, turn the outer bowl and release it from the machine.
  14. Transfer the sorbet into serving bowls and serve immediately.
