Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks, 100 g each
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, finely minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Place the swordfish steaks on a work surface and drizzle with the sesame oil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the jalapeño, garlic, ginger, five-spice powder, pepper, and lemon juice. Rub this mixture into the fish and let it stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Roast the swordfish in the two air fryer baskets at 190°C for 6 to 11 minutes, or until the swordfish reaches an internal temperature of at least 60°C on a meat thermometer. Serve immediately.
