- 4 swordfish steaks, 100 g each
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 jalapeño pepper, finely minced
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions
- Place the swordfish steaks on a work surface and drizzle with the sesame oil.
- In a small bowl, mix the jalapeño, garlic, ginger, five-spice powder, pepper, and lemon juice. Rub this mixture into the fish and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Roast the swordfish in the two air fryer baskets at 190°C for 6 to 11 minutes, or until the swordfish reaches an internal temperature of at least 60°C on a meat thermometer. Serve immediately.
