  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 60ml water
  • 455g beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 55g diced red onion
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips

  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, make the marinade. Mix together the hoisin sauce, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and water.
  2. Add the steak, then cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the vegetables and the stir-fry oil and toss until the vegetables are thoroughly coated with oil.
  4. Insert a crisper plate in a basket, place the vegetables in the basket, then insert the basket in Zone 1. Select Zone 1. Turn the dial to select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 100°C, and set the time to 2 minutes. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking. Check and make sure that the vegetables are soft. If not, add another 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Once the vegetables have softened, transfer them to a large bowl and place the meat into the air fryer.
  6. Cook at 180°C for 4 minutes.
  7. Check the meat to make sure it's fully cooked. If not, add another 2 minutes.
  8. Pour the vegetables back into the air fryer basket and shake.
  9. Release the air fryer basket. Pour the meat and vegetables into a bowl and serve.
