Ingredients

  • Egg, lightly beaten -1
  • Ground turkey - 450g
  • Parsley, minced - 2 tbsp
  • Bell pepper, chopped - 1/2
  • Mushrooms, diced - 50g
  • Fresh thyme, minced – 1 tsp
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add meat and remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Make equal shapes of balls from the meat mixture.
  3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the meatballs in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200℃, and set the time to 10 minutes.
  5. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
