- Salmon steaks - 4
- Lemon juice - Juice of 1 lemon
- Garlic cloves - 3, minced
- Soy sauce -1 tbsp
- Olive oil -1 tbsp
- Brown sugar - 1 tsp
- Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- Place salmon steaks into the large mixing bowl. remaining ingredients, pour over salmon steaks, and mix well.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to marinate the salmon steaks.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half salmon steaks in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 15 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Flip salmon steaks halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy.
