Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown rice, cooked
  • 1 cup tofu, grilled and chopped
  • 4 large red tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • ¼ tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Take a large bowl and mix rice, tofu, basil, olive oil, salt, lalack pepper, lemon juice, and chili powder.
  2. Core the center of the tomatoes. Fill the cavity with the rice mixture.
  3. Top them off with the cheese sprinkle.
  4. Divide the tomatoes into two air fryer baskets.
  5. Turn zone 1 to AIR FRY mode for 8 minutes at 200°C.
  6. Select the MATCH button for zone 2.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
