Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 C. strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1/3 C. cooked beets, quartered
  • 1/3 C. granulated sugar
  • 1/3 C. orange juice
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, add mangoes and beets and pulse until smooth.
  2. Through a fine-mesh strainer, strain the mango puree into a large bowl.
  3. Add the sugar and orange juice and and stir to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi pint container.
  5. Cover the container with the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.
  6. After 24 hours, remove the lid from container and arrange into the outer bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
  7. Install the "Creamerizer Paddle" onto the lid of outer bowl.
  8. Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
  9. Press "Power" button to turn on the unit.
  10. Then press "SORBET" button.
  11. When the program is completed, turn the outer bowl and release it from the machine.
  12. Transfer the sorbet into serving bowls and serve immediately.
