Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ C. milk                                                                          
  • • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 C. cooked butternut squash                                                                                   
  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/4 C. granulated sugar                                                                                                            
  •  Pinch of salt
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, add all ingredients and beat until well combined.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  3. Remove from the heat and transfer the mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi pint container.
  4. Place the container into an ice bath to cool.
  5. After cooling, cover the container with the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.
  6. After 24 hours, remove the lid from container and arrange into the outer bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
  7. Install the "Creamerizer Paddle" onto the lid of outer bowl.
  8. Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
  9. Press "Power" button to turn on the unit.
  10. Then press "GELATO" button.
  11. When the program is completed, turn the outer bowl and release it from the machine.
  12. Transfer the gelato into serving bowls and serve immediately.
