Ingredients

  • Lamb shoulder chops, cut into 1-inch pieces -450g
  • Fennel seed, crushed - 1 tsp
  • Ground cumin - 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes, crushed -1 tbsp
  • Dry sherry - 2 tsp
  • Olive oil -1 tbsp
  • Granulated garlic - 2 tsp
  • Kosher salt -1 tsp

Directions

  1. Add the meat pieces and remaining ingredients into the bowl and mix until well combined. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Thread the marinated meat pieces onto the skewers.
  3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place, half of the skewers in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, and then insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 18o℃, and set the time to 10 minutes.
  5. Select the Match button to copy the zone settings to zone 2.
  6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  7. Turn the skewers halfway through.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
