Ingredients

  • 1 pound of beef short ribs, bone-in and trimmed
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled, minced
  • 4 carrots, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 parsnips, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup pearl onions
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Season the ribs with salt and black pepper and rub a little amount of canola oil on both sides.
  2. Place it in zone 1 basket of the air fryer.
  3. Next, take a bowl and add pearl onions, parsnip, carrots, garlic, brown sugar, red wine, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the vegetable mixture to the zone 2 basket.
  5. Set the zone 1 basket time to 12 minutes at 375 degrees F at AIR FRY mode.
  6. Set the zone 2 basket at AIR FRY mode at 200 °C for 18 minutes.
  7. Hit start so the cooking cycle being.
