Ingredients

  • 4 (6-oz) salmon fillets
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste 4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Rub the salmon with salt and black pepper first.
  2. Whisk oil with sugar, thyme, garlic, and mustard in a small bowl.
  3. Place two salmon fillets in each of the crisper plate and brush the thyme mixture on top of each fillet.
  4. Return the crisper plates to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
  5. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 17 minutes
  6. Select the "MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  7. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
  8. Serve warm and fresh.
