- Eggs - 2, lightly beaten
- Lump crabmeat - 900g
- Cajun seasoning - 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp
- Red bell pepper - 1, chopped
- Green onion - 4 tbsp, sliced
- All-purpose flour - 60g
- Breadcrumbs – 60g
- Mayonnaise - 115 g
Directions
- In a large bowl, add crabmeat and remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Make equal shapes of patties from the crabmeat mixture.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half the patties in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, and then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 180°C, and set the time to 10 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Serve and enjoy.
