Ingredients

  • 340g mild sausage meat
  • 355ml baking mix
  • 24ml shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 85g soft white cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 165°C. Line the two air fryer baskets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the ground sausage, baking mix, Cheddar cheese, and soft white cheese in a large bowl and stir to incorporate.
  3. Divide the sausage mixture into 16 equal portions and roll them into 1-inch balls with your hands.
  4. Arrange the sausage balls on the parchment, leaving space between each ball.
  5. Brush the sausage balls with the olive oil. Bake in the two baskets for 10 to 11 minutes, shaking the baskets halfway through, or until the balls are firm and lightly browned on both sides.
  6. Remove from the baskets to a plate.
  7. Serve warm.
