Ingredients

  • Salmon - 450gm, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • Liquid smoke -1/2 tsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Molasses - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 120ml
  • Fresh lemon juice -1 tbsp

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix lemon juice, molasses, liquid smoke, pepper, and soy sauce.
  2. Add salmon slices into the bowl and mix well. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Place a single layer of salmon slices in both the drawers. Then, install the crisper plate in the drawer on top of the salmon slices and place another layer of salmon slice on the cnsper plate. Insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select zone 1, select Dehydrate, set the temperature to 60°C, and set the time to 4 hours.
  5. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
