Ingredients
- 1 package (200g) cream cheese, softened
- 50g sugar
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 210g seedless raspberry jam
Directions
- Mix the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth, then add 1 egg yolk.
- Combine the remaining egg yolk with the water. Unfold each sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured board and roll into a 30cm square. Cut into nine 10cm squares.
- Put 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture and 1 rounded teaspoon jam on each. Bring 2 opposite corners of pastry over filling, sealing with yolk mixture.
- Brush the remaining yolk mixture over the tops.
- Press your chosen zone “Zone 1” or “Zone 2” and then rotate the knob to select “Air Fry”.
- Set the temperature to 160°C, and then set the time for 5 minutes to preheat.
- After preheating, spray the Air-Fryer basket of each zone with cooking spray, line them with parchment paper, and place the pastry on them.
- Slide the basket into the Air Fryer and set the time for 10 minutes.
- After cooking time is completed, transfer them onto serving plates and serve.
