Ingredients

  • Pork lean meat, sliced thinly - 450g
  • Chili powder -1 tsp
  • Paprika - 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp

Directions

  1. Add meat slices and remaining ingredients into the zip-lock bag, seal the bag, and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Place a single layer of pork slices in both the drawers. Then, install the crisper plate in the drawer on top of the pork slices and place another layer of pork slices on the crisper plate. Insert the drawers into the unit.
  3. Select zone 1, select Dehydrate, set the temperature to 70℃, and set the time to 5 hours.
  4. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  5. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
