Ingredients

  • Pork chops, bone-in - 4
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 50g
  • Dried herbs - 1/2 tsp
  • Ground mustard -1 tsp
  • Onion powder -1 tsp            
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 2 tsp           
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Smoked paprika -1 tsp        
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, dried herbs, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
  2. Brush the pork chops with oil and coat with the parmesan cheese mixture.
  3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the pork chops in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200℃, and set the time to 18 minutes.
  5. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  7. Flip the pork chops after 12 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
