Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon of carom seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup gram / besan / chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 3 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced cabbage
  • 1/4 cup capsicum, sliced thinly
  • 1 medium carrot, julienne
  • 1 cup of broccoli, separated into small florets
  • 1 small, sweet potato, julienne
  • 1 brinjal, julienne
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/4 mint leaves
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, pour garam masala, carom seeds, salt, chickpeas flour, rice flour and corn flour and whisk together. Mix them well.
  2. Add the mixed flour over the vegetable mix and mix well till well combined.
  3. Scoop up 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture and drop the clump onto the crisper tray in a big batch container.
  4. The mixture should be slightly loose and not pressed into patties. Keep repeating until you get about 12 clumps, slightly distanced from each other.
  5. Spray the pakora with oil spray.
  6. Attach Power Pod to container, press AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 8 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.
  7. Repeat the process until the mixture is all used up.
  8. Serve with mint chutney.
