  • 1 mango (medium-sized, cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300

Directions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, sugar in a mixing bowl. Using a whisk, mix together until all ingredients are thoroughly combined, and the sugar starts to dissolve.
  2. Add in the heavy whipping cream and milk. Whisk until all ingredients have combined well.
  3. Pour mixture into an empty ninja CREAMi Piet container. Freeze for 24 hours after adding the mango to the Pint, ensuring you don't go over the maximum fill line.
  4. Take the Pint out of the freezer after 24 hours. Take off the cover.
  5. Place the Ninja CREAMi Pint into the outer bowl. Place the outer bowl with the Pint in it into the ninja CREAMi machine and turn until the outer bowl locks into place. Push the ICE CREAM button. During the ICE CREAM function, the ice cream will mix and become very creamy.
  6. Once the ICE CREAM function has ended, turn the outer bowl and release it from the ninja CREAMi machine.
