Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large fresh dill sprigs, stemmed
- 2 large fresh basil sprigs, stemmed
- 1 cup ice water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300
Directions
- In a small saucepan, add sugar and water and over medium heat and cook for about five minutes or until the sugar in dissolved, stirring continuously.
- Stir in the herb sprigs and remove from the heat.
- Add the ice water and lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Cover the container with storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove the lid from container and arrange into the Outer Bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
- Install the Creamerizer Paddle onto the lid of Outer Bowl.
- Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
- Press Power button to turn on the unit.
- Then press Sorbet button.
- When the program is completed, turn the Outer Bowl and release it from the machine.
- Transfer the sorbet into serving bowls and serve immediately.
