Lavender Honey Protein Sorbet

A delicate and floral sorbet that combines the soothing aroma of lavender with the natural sweetness of honey, enhanced with a touch of protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the water, honey, and lavender flowers. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the honey is dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let steep for 10
  2. Strain the mixture to remove the lavender flowers, then let cool. Once cooled, whisk in the protein powder and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
  4. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
  6. Select the 'Sorbet' program and start the machine.
  7. Once the cycle is complete, serve the Lavender Honey Protein Sorbet in bowls and enjoy!
