Lavender Honey Protein Sorbet
A delicate and floral sorbet that combines the soothing aroma of lavender with the natural sweetness of honey, enhanced with a touch of protein.

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine the water, honey, and lavender flowers. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the honey is dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let steep for 10
- Strain the mixture to remove the lavender flowers, then let cool. Once cooled, whisk in the protein powder and lemon juice until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
- Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
- Select the 'Sorbet' program and start the machine.
- Once the cycle is complete, serve the Lavender Honey Protein Sorbet in bowls and enjoy!
