- Ground pork - 450g
- Mustard powder -1/2 tsp
- Smoked paprika - 1 tsp
- Garlic powder -1 tsp
- Onion, chopped -1/2
- Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, mix ground pork, onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, mustard powder, pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Make equal shapes of balls from the meat mixture.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the meatballs in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 190℃, and set the time to 15 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Turn the meatballs halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy.
